BRADFORD T. LEVERING, SRA, CRP

Brad is a native Delawarean and brings a long history of real estate into his professional life.  Brad obtained his Delaware Real Estate Salesman's license in 1973, while a senior in high school.  His parents both have had long careers in real estate in Delaware, so obtaining his license at an early age came naturally to him.  He obtained his Delaware Broker's license in the early 1980's as well as his Pennsylvania and Maryland Broker's licenses.  As a salesman and a broker, he won numerous rewards for his proficiency at selling real estate.  He has actively been involved in some aspect real estate his entire career.  When real estate appraisers began licensing, he was one of the first applicants in the state of Delaware.  Since then, he has also become licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.  He is vigilant about maintaining his continuing education requirements in all three states and for his professional designations.

Brad is a member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the designation of SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser).  He is a past Treasurer of the local chapter of the Appraisal Institute.  He is also a past Chairperson of the Delaware Council on Real Estate Appraisers and has attended national conferences for AARO (Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials).

On a personal note, Brad has been married for 31 years to his wife, Pat, and is the father of three children.  In his spare time, Brad enjoys boating, fishing and the outdoors.
